provide a truly surreal
background ambience to your daily surfing by tuning in to a live relay of the new york police
department's radio broadcasts. marvel at the response time of car 72 as it
speeds to the rescue of a stranded motorist on the brooklyn bridge or checks out some

I stumbled across www.lindkvist.com whilst looking for some fonts (and
very good they are, too!). after its recent face lift, andreas lindkvist's site
looks even better than before and just as easy to navigate - if you've got a mac, pick up
some of his icon sets - if you haven't, make do by checking out some of andreas' quirky
graphic designs |

oh, those wacky computer
programmers! not content with providing us with top quality fully-functioning
"no, this won't crash in a month of sundays" software, those clever eggheads
hide quirky wee games, hilarious jokes or side-splitting jibes at their bosses, right
there in the midst of their code. |

| ah, the first of a theme, I
think... gordon barnes... not the most common of names...or is it?
at last I've found my long lost
namesake and alterego alive and well and working like a mad production designer, deep
in the heart of hollywood. do you think he'll be looking for a stand-in? www.dgc.ca/ont/people/barnes_gordon.htm |

these guys are 4
real. they're 2½ inches tall and, in the best of music traditions, they're just a
bit plasticky but, girl, they rock! visit the
lego street preachers now before they become another stadium act and just a speck on a
distant stage |
